PLEASE NOTE, Meetings are held when there is a decision that needs to be made. We post any changes to policy or new ventures to the ecumenicon @ yahoogroups.com site. No policy changes or actions are taken without informing the membership in writing.

The Trustees are charged with matters of policy. If a policy needs to be changed, or you feel that something is amiss, do not hesitate to write us or call us for an immediate response.
