Registration for Ecumenicon 2010

Ecumenicon Interfaith Conference
March 25-28, 2010 (Thursday night - Sunday afternoon)

We are so glad you found this page!

Ecumenicon 2010 will promise to be a wonderful experience for you.

For as little as $20 you can join in the experience. Explore deeper for “Shopper’s Plan”.

Registration for the conference is in seven parts: Exhibitors Hall, General Registration, Majors & Intensives, Meal Plan, Housing, Interpreter’s Fees, Infinity Banquet.

Please note that we are a shared experience, so all students, teachers, and exhibitors are expected to pay something. Some scholarships are available on request.

Please note that if one is a Teacher, the rate is $50 for each registration. Meals and housing are in accordance with personal needs and contract with Ecumenicon.

Please note that if one is a Dealer, the rate is $60 per table. Each table carries one registration. Meals and housing are extra. If one needs a second registration for an assistant, one can either buy a second table, or pay $40.

Note that if you buy ONE full registration at $90, you can buy any number of adult registrations at $40 as long as they are paid at the same time. Kids are welcome too at $20 per child (up to age 17). Each child under 12 must have a parent or guardian present on site, and at least one parent/guardian must be in any class having a child. We are not a baby-sitting service and do not have a childcare license.

As we understand that many people are local, housing is not required on site of any person registered. As many people have personal dietary needs, purchase of a meal plan is not required, and individual meals may be purchased as needed. (See the Meal Plan)

A Note about ASL Interpreters: Many think of interpreters as only for the hearing impaired. We think of them as for all of us. An interpreter not only signs for the hearing impaired but voices for the signing impaired, so that all can communicate freely. Please give generously to help ensure clear communications for all classes.

Checks or money orders must be received by March 15, credit cards we prefer by March 23 by close of business. Bring payment after March 23 to the door in cash or traveler’s check. We will accept a limited number of charges (MasterCard or Visa only) on site. Please note that PayPal incurs a service charge, so posted prices below are increased by $3 for each item if you use a credit or debit card. Send all checks to: Ecumenicon Fellowship, 3205 Kimberly Road, Hyattsville, MD 20782.
