Registration

Ecumenicon Interfaith Conference
(Thursday night - Sunday afternoon)

We are so glad you found this page! It is NEVER to late to register for the conference. Use the following buttons and bring your receipt with you. It will be counted as PAID. We are having a series of Early Bird specials to help fund the 2013 conference.

Please note that we are a shared experience, so all students, teachers, and exhibitors are expected to pay something. Some scholarships are available on request.

HOTEL

To reserve a hotel room, please call the Comfort Inn, at 301-572-7100. Ask for the Room Block in the name of Rosanna Tufts or Ecumenicon Fellowship during April 20-22. Rate is $79 as opposed to $119.00. The room block is now expired, but they may be able to help you.

For those staying at the hotel, there is a Metro bus from the College Park, MD, Green Line Metro, please check the schedule. It stops at the theatre plaza across the street, about 1/4 mile walk. If you REALLY want to come, and the bus just isn’t an option, call Charles’ cell at 301-653-6346 and we will do our best.

FOOD

As we understand that many people are local, housing is not required on site of any person registered. As many people have personal dietary needs, hospitality is limited to snack foods. There are more than 5 restaurants within a 5-minute radius to the hotel and a grocery store. There is no set meal plan for this year’s conference.

A Note about ASL Interpreters: Many think of interpreters as only for the hearing impaired. We think of them as for all of us. An interpreter not only signs for the hearing impaired but voices for the signing impaired, so that all can communicate freely. Please give generously to help ensure clear communications for all classes.

Mailing Savings. If you mail your registration in (check or money order) or pay for it directly at an Ecumenicon-sponsored table, the costs are $2 less per category. PayPal charges us a fee which we must pass-through to afford its services. Mail to: Ecumenicon Fellowship, c/o LuAnn Day, 205 Timber Grove Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117.

A copy of the current financial statement of Ecumenicon Fellowship is available by writing Ecumenicon Fellowship at 3205 Kimberly Road, Hyattsville, MD or by calling (240) 764-5748. Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Solicitations Act are also available, for the cost of postage and copies, from the Maryland Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis MD 21401, (410) 974-5534.
